ADAS Calibration & Electrical Diagnostics
International Auto Collision CenterModern vehicles rely on cameras, radar, lidar and ultrasonic sensors. After glass, bumper, alignment, suspension or module work, these systems must be calibrated to OEM specs to restore safety features.
When Is Calibration Required?
- After collision repair, bumper/quarter/hatch replacements, or sensor removal
- Windshield replacement / camera removal
- Wheel alignment, ride height/suspension changes, subframe work
- ADAS warnings/DTCs, module replacement, or software updates

Forward Camera Lane/TSR/AHB ›
What we do: Static target board alignment after windshield/camera removal.
When needed: Windshield replacement, roof/camera bracket work, collision.
Forward Radar (ACC/AEB) Distance & angle ›
What we do: Laser/digital leveling on a level surface to set distance & angle.
When needed: Bumper/grille repair, bracket or ride-height changes, front impact.
Blind Spot / Rear Cross-Traffic Rear corner radars ›
What we do: Aim side radars through bumper/quarters; verify coverage.
When needed: Quarter/bumper replacement, radar/module swap, rear/side damage.
360° Surround View / AVM Mat layout & stitch ›
What we do: Place OEM mats at exact distances; stitch top-view image.
When needed: Mirror/door/hatch/camera replacement, alignment/ride height change.
Rear Camera & Guidelines Aim & offset ›
What we do: Re-aim, pattern calibrations, guideline scaling & offset.
When needed: Hatch/bumper replacement, camera/module coding.
Parking Sensors / Auto Park Ultrasonic learn ›
What we do: Sensor learn and system verification.
When needed: Bumper cover/retainer swap, sensor or harness repair.
Adaptive Headlights / AFS Level & cut-off ›
What we do: Headlamp leveling, swivel home, projector cut-off aiming.
When needed: Headlamp/module replacement, height sensor/strut work.
Steering Angle / Yaw / IMU Baseline reset ›
What we do: Resets/baselines for ADAS handoff & stability control.
When needed: Alignment, subframe/steering work, module replacement.
Driver Monitoring (DMS) Interior camera ›
What we do: Eye-box centering & focus for attention/fatigue systems.
When needed: Module replacement, windshield/dash removal.
Night Vision / IR Camera Where equipped ›
What we do: Thermal camera alignment & scaling.
When needed: Camera/module/bracket replacement, front-end repairs.

What we do: Mounting verification and angle checks per OEM.
When needed: Sensor/bracket replacement, front-end collision.
Module Coding / Programming As-built/updates ›
What we do: As-built data, parametrization, and updates (when supported).

What we do: Diagnose comm faults, parasitic draws, wiring/ground issues.
